Il gruppo Alchemia nasce, come la fenice, dalle ceneri dei Mistral. Viene mantenuto lo stile rock-melodico anche se si inseriscono influenze blues e ci si avvicina maggiormente al rock più impegnato.
La tecnica è sicuramente una caratteristica portante e la componente melodica viene garantita dal pianoforte.
Permangono le influenze cantautoriali, specialmente nei testi, ma il suono diventa più rock ed i pezzi più brillanti e coinvolgenti.
